Angus Housing Association Garden Competition 2010

Yes it’s that time of year already!

The Associations popular Garden Competition is upon us again for all our green fingered tenants. After picking up the overall winner for the last 4 years can Mr & Mrs Watson from Westmuir, Kirriemuir pull it off again?

The judging for this year’s garden competition will take place in early August, 2010.

If you think your garden has a chance or if you know of an Angus HA tenant that has a nice garden you can even nominate them. You don’t need to be an Angus HA tenants to make a nomination.

Entries for the 2010 have to be submitted by 24th July 2010.

After the finalists have been selected they will be invited to attend a small presentation ceremony where the overall winner will be announced and presented with a small prize.

To enter for the competition either use the tabs at the top to fill out an entry form or lookout for your April Edition of the ‘Straight Talking’ Newsletter where an entry for can be found on the page 11.

last year’s Garden Competition was once again won by Mr and Mrs Miller Watson of Westmuir, Kirriemuir. as you can see from the pictures to the right, they have an outstanding garden.
